Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and go177 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all aspects of your use of the go177 website and services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, the game lobby, the VIP programme, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to you.

By registering an account on go177, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use go177, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. go177 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be playing as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on go177 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a go177 employee or associated service provider.

go177 may request age verification documents at any point. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, access to deposits, withdrawals, and certain features may be restricted. If a player is found to be underage following verification, all transactions and winnings will be voided and any deposited funds returned minus any bonus amounts already claimed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on go177. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, go177 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and void any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information. This includes your real name, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. go177 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your login credentials being accessed by an unauthorised party due to your own failure to keep them secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact go177 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

4 Deposits

go177 accepts deposits in PKR only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers to major Pakistan banks, debit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed within your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. go177 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, it will be returned and your account may be subject to review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. go177 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your own bank or payment provider may apply charges which are outside of our control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. go177 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from within the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR. Wherever possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed any applicable verification steps. This may include identity verification, payment method confirmation, or bonus wagering requirement completion where a bonus has been claimed.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal section. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing, which means their withdrawal requests are handled before standard-tier requests in the processing queue.

go177 reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged. These checks are a standard part of our security procedures and are not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will not be processed. Only real-money balances and bonus funds that have completed their wagering cycle are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

go177 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will include the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games or markets, expiry date, and any other relevant conditions. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on go177:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from those funds.
• go177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice and their existing bonus terms will be honoured.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• go177 retains the right to reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if it is identified that the offer was claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.

VIP cashback rewards credited through the loyalty programme are deposited directly to your real-money balance and carry no wagering requirement. These are treated separately from standard promotional bonuses.

7 Sports Betting Rules

go177's sports betting section covers Cricket, Football, Esports, and other major sports. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. go177 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until the end of the placement process.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is generated, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or obvious pricing error resulting in odds that are clearly incorrect, go177 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake.
• Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market as published in the sports rules section of the platform.
• Maximum win limits apply to sports betting. These limits are set per bet and per event and are visible within the bet placement interface.
• go177 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• PSL and international Cricket matches are covered with ball-by-ball live markets. Settlements for these markets follow the official results as declared by the relevant governing body.

8 Casino and Games

go177's live casino and slots sections use games from certified third-party game providers. All games use random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed within the game information panel. These figures are provided by the game provider and represent theoretical long-term averages.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a game round, go177's policy is to void the affected round and return the stake. Where a round was completed successfully before the disconnection, the result stands.
• go177 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's own internet connection issues.
• Certain games may be restricted for players using specific bonus funds. Restricted games are noted in the applicable bonus terms.
• go177 reserves the right to remove, replace, or modify games in the lobby at any time based on provider agreements or platform maintenance requirements.

9 VIP Programme

All registered players on go177 are automatically enrolled in the VIP loyalty programme. The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform.

• Cashback rewards are calculated on net losses within each calendar week and credited to the real-money balance every Monday. The cashback percentage increases with each VIP tier.
• VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and is immediately available for use or withdrawal.
• Additional tier benefits — including faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit limits, and access to exclusive promotions — are detailed on the VIP page.
• Diamond tier members receive a dedicated account manager who is available for priority support and personalised promotions.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. If qualifying wagering activity falls below the threshold for a given tier during the review period, the player's tier may be adjusted accordingly.
• go177 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, or benefit levels with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on go177 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity or payment information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Placing bets with the sole intention of clearing bonus wagering requirements without genuine play activity — commonly referred to as bonus abuse.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent platform restrictions or access features not available in your location.

go177 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, go177 may close the account permanently without prior notice and without obligation to return any funds.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

go177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Request by the player to self-exclude through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a prolonged period may be flagged as dormant and subject to closure following written notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting go177's support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

12 Privacy and Data

go177 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
